The Priority property specifies the message priority. The Priority property is a shortcut to the Headers("X-Priority") collection item.
Sets or returns an Integer value.
By default, the optional Priority filled is not set.
Set 1 for very high priority, 3 for normal priority and 5 for very low priority.
